Cross Jab, Block, and Kick! This is a powerful, empowering, fun and energetic workout that will kick your body into high gear.
This Class will take your cardio to new heights while allowing you to work at your own pace no matter your current fitness level. Starting with kickboxing basics and building from there, the combination of cardio, jabs, and kicks with instruction on proper technique will give your body that something extra you are looking for to take your training to the next level. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Conditioning with your Canine:
7:00 – 8:00pm Tuesdays from April 13th to May 25th (7 classes)
6:00 – 7:00am Fridays from April 16th – May 28th (7 classes)
Would you love to incorporate your dog's walk into a great workout class? This is the class for you! Bring your dog along for a 1 hour outdoor boot camp.
Get fit with your dog! This is a fun, social and intense workout class for people and pooches. Our class is designed to give you a great workout with a combination of cardio, interval, strength, and movement exercises all the while spending time with your dog. And you will get to meet other pets and dog-lovers!
Please bring with you proof of your dogs current vaccinations, collar and leash for your dog, poop bags, and water.
There are a couple of rules everyone must follow to ensure that all dogs and owners have a great experience.
- No aggressive dogs allowed
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times
- No more than 2 dogs per person
- Dogs must be minimum of 6 months old

For all those moms ready to get their bodies back, a class for you where accountability, structure and camaraderie will move you towards better health!
Join Anne-Louise Parry of Stroller Strides® for this class where a great work out is combined with great camaraderie. The session begins and ends with taking your measurements and requires a weekly weigh in and food journaling.
The class consists of a 45 min circuit that you do with a team using basic equipment that changes every week.

Pre-Natal Fitness:

Would you run a marathon without training? Of course not!
This is a great class to prepare yourself for the big day.
Join Fit 4 Baby for this pre-natal class. Our program is based on the belief that women can and should remain active during a healthy pregnancy. In doing so, they reap the rewards of a more comfortable pregnancy, an easier delivery and a healthier baby. During the 1 hour class, exercises will be adjusted to accommodate clients' various stages of pregnancy helping participants understand the bodily changes taking place and how to best care for themselves.
