Punch, Kick and Jump!


Classes are starting this week in the studio but registration is limited! If you aren't a "group class person" come out and give it a whirl and I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised while working up a great sweat!

Shauna is an amazing high energy instructor and fitness coach and I am excited to welcome her to the BUC and New Level family! She will also be working with the BUC clients and I look forward to having everyone meet her.

Hit and Run Self Defense for Women
Strong enough for a man, but made for a woman, Hit & Run provides the most practical self defense solutions for women of all ages, sizes & fitness levels. Join us Saturday, May 15th to learn how to prevent and protect yourself from an attack, as well as summon the animal instinct for survival that all women possess!

Saturday, May 15th
12:30pm - 4:30pm
Must be min.19 years (16 w/guardian)
