Most of you know my weakness is Starbucks so I thought it was time to share what my barrista whips up for me.
S/F (sugar free) french vanilla (1/2 vanilla & 1/2 hazelnut) Americano w/ non fat foam
For all of you minding your pennies Starbucks does not charge for foam but will charge you for milk if you ask for a misto... save your money and add your own milk at the condiment station!
Better still just buy a few bottles of SF syrups and the Tazo tea and enjoy for a fraction of the cost!
Chai Tea with SF Vanilla
Refresh Tea with SF Caramel (caffeine free)
Ok... now that we have that out of the way I wanted to share the message on my cup.
The way I see it #76
"The irony of commitment is that it's deeply liberating - in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that like to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier of your life."
-Anne Morriss
Now how true is that for all of us? Physically we are all capable of doing almost anything with the right training and preparation... it is our mental ability, those voices in our heads that say we can't that stop us dead in our tracks. Once you give yourself over to the process of eating healthy, exercising regularly and establishing clear, concise goals and COMMIT to the road that must be travelled to achieve them your doubts will melt away.
Fitness coaches, personal trainers, whatever term you choose to use are the road map for this commitment. My JOB is to get you to focus on your goals and keep that focus razor sharp. I am the person that helps you pull down those barriers in your head and helps you hear the voice of "I CAN" so that you can spread your wings and forever live the life you have imagined.
Imagine freedom from dieting, freedom to fit into the perfect pair of jeans, freedom to wear a tank top when the summer heat makes its return (hmmm is that ever gonna happen!!), freedom to look in the mirror without fear, freedom to play with your kids without losing your breath, freedom to look left and right and not feel like the "fat person", freedom to tackle any challenge with confidence, freedom to LIVE life to the absolute fullest without feelings of self doubt, negative self worth or lack of self confidence.
Are you ready to remove the barriers in your life and make the commitment to get fit and healthy?
